1 Introduction

The fiber optic gyroscope (FOG) functions as an angular rate sensor utilizing the optical Sagnac effect‌. Equipped with advanced all-digital closed-loop detection technology‌, it provides real-time angular velocity data of carriers through serial communication interfaces. This device serves as a core component in inertial navigation systems, where either three independent single-axis high-precision FOGs or a three-axis integrated configuration can be implemented‌. These configurations enable precise measurement of angular velocity components along three orthogonal axes relative to inertial space‌.
