The fiber optic gyroscope (FOG) is an angular velocity sensor that operates based on the optical Sagnac effect. Utilizing advanced all-digital closed-loop detection technology, this high-performance device outputs real-time angular velocity data of moving carriers through its serial communication interface. Available as three independent single-axis high-precision FOG units or a compact three-axis integrated configuration, these systems serve as core sensing components in inertial navigation systems, enabling precise measurement of angular velocity information along three orthogonal axes relative to inertial space.
